We recently moved to the area and we were very nervous about finding a new vet. Our dog Juggi became unexpectedly ill and we were forced to find a vet or seek expensive emergency care. We called around several places and we’re told they were booked 2 weeks out. Animal Care Clinic was able to see us same day! The entire staff was professional and compassionate, Dr. Davis listened to our concerns and acted quickly. She saved Juggi’s life! We are forever grateful to her and the rest of the staff and look forward to trusting our animals care to them in the upcoming years.

Yesterday was, unfortunately, our first visit with Animal Care Clinic of Rural Hall (I really wish I had known about them years ago). Although the visit was a very hard and sad one for us because our very much loved fur baby, Bubba, had to be euthanized due to serious complications of his diabetes with organs which were failing him (within a 36 hours of him showing signs of being sick). I was not at this visit due to being at work so my husband took him and although he was upset because of the circumstances he had nothing but good things to say about all of the staff here. They were very compassionate and honest about the seriousness of Bubba's situation and how bad it really was. Dr. Wells told us (my husband was relaying all of the information to me over the phone) the honest truth about the severity of Bubba's situation and gave us the time to make a very difficult decision. I appreciate her sincere honesty, unlike the vet that he had been going to, and giving us the time to make what I feel was the right decision for our beloved Bubba. As much as it hurt to make the decision to euthanize him, she assured us that we were doing the right thing and what was best for him as he was suffering and he did deserve better than the suffering that he was going through. Thank you Dr. Wells for helping us through this difficult time and for being HONEST with us and not giving us "false hope" that he might get better. I work at a Primary Care Practice and I know that like everything else it is a business but when you conduct your business honestly, as Dr. Wells did with us, it will bring you more business rather than being dishonest in order to pad your pockets. Thank you Dr. Wells you are greatly appreciated and if I ever decide to get another dog you guys will definitely be my go to vet. Rest In Peace my sweet boy.

Every visit with Animal Care Clinic of Rural Hall I have had has been centered around what is best for my pet and me. For instance one of my cats has a food allergy, first clinic offered their hypo allergenic food, but when I came to Animal Care they offered to help me find a specialist, so I could find out what my cat was allergic instead of pushing a generic food that may or may not have solved the problem. They offered this before I even had gone into my appointment. They knew they would likely find the same results, "yes your cat has an allergy but we aren't equipped to discover what that allergy is." So rather then have me waste time they sought first to get me someone who could solve the intimidate problem. That was the first sign that they were going to become my go to vet. I went ahead with the appointment, just to see how they would handle everything. The vet assistants were friendly and helpful from the start and didn't mind my rambling questions. The vet themselves called me and explained everything to me that they discovered and the specialists they had found, as well as two different foods they recommended, on top of the one they carried. This level of care and connectivity between owner, pet, and vet has been the norm for every visit. They genuinely care about seeking whats best for both you and your pet even if they may not be the best fit. Which to me is absolutely key to any vet I wish to take my pets to. The willingness to help your pet and you find the correct solution no matter what, from the start.
